Task automation with PayGate and Zapier

When a company experiences growing pains, it might be due to the increasing amount of tasks and responsibilities that follow. Luckily, many of these tasks can be easily automated, saving you time and making your work more efficient. That’s why we decided to go a step further and create an option to automate our merchant’s tasks that are connected to payment and agreement updates from PayGate. How?

It’s very straightforward: PayGate has webhooks that are able to send data to external systems whenever there are new updates within a given agreement or payment, like the creation or cancellation of a subscription. In layman’s terms, this means that thanks to those status updates you can create automated tasks between PayGate and your chosen apps that will be performed whenever such data is received from PayGate into Zapier. 

In the end you can save several working hours per week on these tasks, and instead spend your time on what really matters:  your fundraising causes.
